Eyespender is a subscription management platform built by AstericLabs LLP, launched in 2026. It gives individuals, families, and businesses a single dashboard to track every recurring subscription, get renewal alerts before billing dates, store login credentials in an encrypted vault, and cut wasted subscription spend.
What is Eyespender?
Eyespender is a subscription management SaaS platform. It combines four tools in one account:
- Subscription dashboard - track any recurring service with its renewal date, monthly cost, and category
- Credential vault - store subscription logins encrypted with AES-256, accessible only to the account holder
- Renewal alerts - email reminders 7, 3, and 1 day before every billing date, so no charge is a surprise
- Spend analytics - monthly and yearly cost breakdowns by category, with an AI spend advisor that flags unused or redundant subscriptions
The platform supports subscriptions billed in USD and other currencies across all categories - streaming, SaaS tools, cloud storage, music, and business software. Users add services manually or through the Eyespender Chrome extension, which detects subscriptions from browser activity.
Why we built Eyespender
We built Eyespender to close the subscription awareness gap. In our early user research, we found a consistent pattern: people paying for 8-12 active subscriptions could typically name only about 5 of them from memory. The rest renew silently - on different dates, through different payment methods (cards, app stores), under merchant names that don't always match the service.
The result: a household running Netflix, Spotify, Adobe Creative Cloud, a cloud storage plan, and two SaaS tools can easily spend $50+ per month - while estimating their subscription bill at half that. Our onboarding data shows most new users underestimate their true recurring spend by 40-60% before adding everything to the dashboard.
Nobody should need a spreadsheet and an hour of bank-statement archaeology to answer the question "what am I actually paying for every month?" That's the problem Eyespender exists to solve.

Eyespender is developed and operated by AstericLabs LLP, a registered Limited Liability Partnership based in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Our mission is simple: help people take control of their recurring subscriptions and expenses before they silently eat into their budget.
We're a small, product-focused team that believes personal finance tools should be simple, private, and genuinely useful. Every feature in Eyespender is built to solve a real problem experienced by our users - or one we've experienced ourselves while managing our own subscriptions.
How we protect your data
Because Eyespender stores sensitive information, security is a design constraint, not a feature:
- Encryption: vault credentials are encrypted with AES-256. Vault contents are accessible only to the account holder - our team cannot view stored credentials.
- Payments: processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. Eyespender never stores your card details.
- Data ownership: your data is yours. You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from settings.
- No data selling: we do not sell user data. Our business model is subscriptions - you are the customer, not the product.
